Youth Pastor, Ryan Meador

Pastor Ryan & Priscilla first met in 1986, in their early teen years, and were joined in union as husband and wife in May of 1992. They have two beautiful children; Abby, who was born in May of 1993 and Aaron, who was born in April of 1996. Pastor Ryan started serving in Youth ministry, under his mother and father’s Pastorate, during the late 80’s and early 90’s and has always had an interest and passion for being involved in Youth ministry, as well as the ministry of music. Priscilla started serving in Children’s ministry in the early 90’s and have also been involved in the ministry of music, since very early in her life. They have both served as worship leaders in the past and have traveled all over the state of Kentucky, ministering in song. Pastor Ryan has a Diploma in Youth Ministry Studies with the Kentucky Assemblies of God and is currently pursuing his studies, in the ministry, through the Kentucky School of Ministry (KSOM). He has also completed biblical studies through the Bible Training Institute in Cleveland Tennessee and has a degree in Medical Business and Medical Transcribing through Spencerian College in Louisville, Kentucky.

In August of 2006, God directed the Meador family to make Lakeside Worship Center their new church home, coming from The Church of God of Prophecy in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, where they served in ministry for eight years. In March of 2007, Pastor Ryan began working side by side with Pastor Tim in the Youth ministry program and was appointed Youth Pastor in December 2009, when Pastor Tim became the Senior Pastor.

Pastor Ryan and Priscilla say that they feel extremely honored and privileged to be able to serve on, what they feel to be, one of the greatest ministry teams ever assembled. God is doing some amazing things at Lakeside Worship Center and in the lives of the students at Lakeside Fire Youth Ministries and they look forward to seeing Joshua 3:5 come alive in each and every students life, as they continue to strive to help every student to “Step into their Calling Now!”
